In addition it is beleived to help with a range of conditions by working over specific reflex points. What's more the basic techniques are easy to learn in this fun and friendly workshop where you will partner up with another participant so you can practice on each other. Once you have the basics you will discover just how versatile and enjoyable this treatment can be.|
As part of the course you will recieve a handout giving you some background information and also a foot and hand chart to use at home along with a basic routine. Everything you need for the day is provided so all you need to bring along is yourself, and possibly a friend who you can continue to swap sessions with.
